Non-sexual/romantic stalking reporting

Where to report

Stalking, including stalking that is not of a sexual or romantic nature or motivation, is prohibited by UC Policy and the California Penal Code and is a Clery crime.

In an emergency or if there is a serious ongoing threat:

Call 911 immediately or report to UCPD immediately by calling 510-642-3333 (UCPD emergency line). 

Non-emergency police reporting:

Call the UCPD on the non-emergency line 510-642-6760 or make an in-person report at 1 Sproul Hall (basement) anytime, 24-hours, 7 days a week. If the crime you are reporting occurred off-campus, UCPD can assist you, if needed, in reporting to the local law enforcement department.

If the person allegedly engaging in this type of stalking is a UC Berkeley student: 

Please make a report to the Center for Student Conduct.

Clery reporting:
