Requests for academic or housing adjustments
Students may request adjustments to their academic schedule or living arrangements in accordance with their religious, faith, or cultural practices and beliefs.
- UC Berkeley's Religious Creed policy governs accommodation of students who miss exams because of their religious commitment. The Office of the Registrar provides a Religious Holidays calendar online. The Academic Accommodations Hub also provides information for both students and instructors about academic accommodations on the basis of religious creed.
- Cal Housing provides options for students to request religious and cultural identity-based adjustments to their living arrangements.
Spaces for religious, spiritual, or cultural practice and community
- CalLink is the online central hub for Registered Student Organizations at UC Berkeley, including many religious, spiritual, or cultural groups. Students can use CalLink to find affinity spaces and learn more about spaces for religious, spiritual, or cultural practice on campus and in the nearby community.
