Informal summary

The UC Policy on Abusive Conduct in the Workplace prohibits abusive conduct, including bullying, by employees in the workplace. Abusive conduct is defined as behavior that is severe, pervasive, or persistent and interferes with an employee's ability to perform their job or creates a hostile work environment. Reports of abusive conduct can be made to Employee and Labor Relations.
